Out What Disturbs You
Most of the people experience the discomfort of heartburn
but are unaware of these heartburn causes. Basically heartburn
is caused, when the wall that separates the stomach and
esophagus gets damaged or becomes week and is unable to keep
stomach acid to back flow towards mouth.
The wall of the stomach has the capacity to withstand the
acid but the wall of esophagus is unable to do that, so when
acid rushes up in esophagus a burning sensation is felt. This
burning discomfort leads to severe pain and many other

modern lifestyle whether it is eating habit or waking up late
night unnecessarily.
Inside our body each part is interconnected and any one part
that gets affected also affects the other related parts. Just
as there is a wall between the stomach and esophagus, the
opening of the diaphragm at that point can also get affected
during severe heartburn. This is called hiatas and normally
both sphincter (wall between esophagus and stomach) and hiatas
helps the stomach acid to remain there and not back flow into
esophagus. When there is severe heartburn this hiatas might
slide and cause hiatas hernia, which is also one of heartburn
causes as well. This should be treated immediately after
consulting a doctor or it might prove dangerous.
